We are not in the pool business. We are in the business of composure — the moment a property, its architecture, and the Texas sky agree on a single plane of still water. Every commission is drawn from the site itself: its grades, its oaks, its light at seven in the evening.

04 — Philosophy
Five considerations govern every drawing that leaves this studio.
We begin with what the land already does well — grade, drainage, prevailing breeze, the view you paid for. The water takes its position from the site, never the other way around.
The pool answers the house. Geometry, materials, and sight lines are drawn from the architecture so the finished work reads as original to the property.
Stillness first, spectacle second. Edges, spillways, and hydraulics are engineered so the surface holds a reflection — and holds it quietly.
Structure from natives, restraint in the palette. The landscape is designed with the pool, not after it, so the whole composition matures together.
Every project is designed for dusk — the hour it will actually be lived in. Fire, moonlighting, and underwater optics are on the first sketch, not the last.
05 — Process
We walk the lot before we draw a line — sun, grade, soil, sight lines, and how you actually live outdoors.
Drawings and dimensional studies until the composition is right — water, structure, planting, and light resolved as one.
Stone, tile, finishes, and equipment chosen in person, with allowances stated plainly. No surprises downstream.
A dedicated project manager, our own craftsmen and trusted trades, and milestones you can hold us to.
Commissioning, water chemistry, and a proper orientation — then a relationship that outlasts the warranty.
06 — Investment
Work of this caliber is a serious investment. We treat it that way from the first conversation — with candor, not choreography.
We talk numbers in the first meeting, not the last. You'll know what your site, your ambitions, and your materials imply before a single drawing is commissioned.
Every allowance — stone, tile, equipment, lighting — is written down and chosen with you during the Selections phase. The number you approve is the number we build to.
Financing is available and structured early, so the design is never compromised mid-build. Your project manager coordinates the details; you keep your evenings.
